From your first order to collecting your freshly cleaned clothes, Handy Valet makes dry cleaning, laundry and ironing easy to fit into your everyday routine.
1. Choose your location and service
Find your nearest Handy Valet locker location and check the venue’s opening hours. Choose the service you need—dry cleaning, laundry or ironing.
Need alterations, specialist cleaning or something else? Contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
2. Place your order online
Create your account or sign in, select your service and follow the ordering instructions. Let us know about any stains, delicate items or special requirements.
There is a minimum charge of £25 per order. If your services total less than £25, a supplement brings your order total to £25.
3. Prepare your items
Check pockets and remove personal belongings before packing your garments. Follow the bagging and identification instructions provided with your order so we can match your items to you.
For unusual or specialist items, please contact us first so we can advise.
4. Drop off at your chosen lockers
Visit your selected location during its opening hours and follow your order’s drop-off instructions. Place your items in the allocated or available compartment as directed, and close the door securely.
Your garments stay in a secure compartment while awaiting collection.
5. We collect and care for your clothes
We collect and deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. After collection, your garments are taken to our trusted cleaning partners, who clean and prepare them according to your chosen service and their care instructions.
We aim to return your items on our next scheduled visit after collection. Specialist items may take longer—please check when ordering if you need something by a particular date.
6. Receive your collection notification
Once your order is ready and back in a Handy Valet locker, we’ll send you a notification with your locker location and collection instructions.
Please wait for this notification before travelling to collect your order.
7. Collect and enjoy
Visit during the venue’s opening hours, follow your collection instructions and take your freshly prepared garments home. Close the locker door when you’ve finished.
