How hosting works

1. Tell us about your location

Send us your venue details and, if possible, a photograph of the proposed space. We’ll discuss who would use the service and how it could fit into your venue.

2. We assess the space together

We’ll review the available room, customer access and collection arrangements with you. Locker size, positioning and any installation requirements will be agreed before proceeding.

3. We arrange installation and launch

Once the location is agreed, we’ll coordinate installation with you and provide information to help introduce Handy Valet to your residents, members or staff.

4. Your community starts using the service

Customers order online and follow their drop-off instructions. We collect and deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, notifying customers when their garments are ready.

A visible, accessible space that people pass regularly is ideal. This could be a reception area, foyer or shared entrance.

We’ll need to agree:

Enough space for the locker unit and safe access to its doors.
